Refund Policy

Because The Birth Confidence & Readiness Map and our other products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

We'll make it right

If something goes wrong, we want to help. Please email alyssa@innatelyherbirth.com within 14 days of purchase if:

• You did not receive your download email
• Your file is broken, corrupted, or won't open
• You were charged more than once by mistake

We will resend your file, fix the issue, or refund duplicate or erroneous charges. We review other concerns case by case, fairly and in good faith.
